Our sub-contractors, such as electricians, plumbers, and architects, have all worked closely with us for more than five (5) years, and are all NYC licenced. Any city approvals and permits will be handled for you in a timely, and efficient manner.

Our estimates are what we charge to fully complete the job. No bait and switch, or piling-on pricing. Our estimates are divided into itemized labor and material costs. This enables you to adjust the cost of your renovation based on the level of materials chosen. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
